At the background of globalization, economy of China grows with high speed. And more and more international investments are invested into domestic market. So the competition must be fiercer. We can imagine that core employees, as the most important resource in enterprises, would be the focus in human resource competition. So to every company, there are so many opportunities to attract them to resign. And if they resign, the company will lose a lot. To win the competition, enterprises must pay attention to maintaining core employees.This research is to revolve the trouble of losing core competition. With the theory of human resource management and encourage, with the method of case study, this article analyzes LH company s crisis. And on the base of that, I suggest that LH should found a core-employee management system. I hope to help LH get rid of the crisis. According to other research, core employees are the most important resource, and at meantime, I also want to provide some useful suggestions to other enterprise which encounter the same troubles on human resource management. So how to obtain, maintain, and get use of this important resource become the first and most important task for the human resource department. All about these reasons, a perfect core-employee management system need be founded, to manage core employees in all directions. Only with the revolving of core employee losing, can enterprise develop healthy and steadily.Innovations of this article:First, try to differentiate and summarize the concept of core employee. There have been a long time from the concept core employee came out, as time flying, there are many different expressions. According to former expression, and the realistic, this article tries to give a new and concrete expression.Second, with the method of case study, I analyze the problem which troubles LH to find the problem in core employee management and the risks brought by the problem. Third, try to construct a core employee management system which contains many son-systems. In order to fix out "core employee losing", from the processes of obtaining, encouraging, losing risk controlling, etc, to restructure core employee maintaining system.
