Enterprise competition in the era of knowledge economy is in the final analysis the competition of enterprise talents.As the main body of enterprise talents,the importance of core staff is particularly important for building enterprise competitiveness.How to effectively realize the resource allocation,use and development of core employees is particularly important for the long-term development of enterprises.The object of this study is Zhuzhou A Company,which has been deeply engaged in the electronics manufacturing industry since its establishment in 2005,and has become the leading electronics manufacturer in Zhuzhou.As an electrical manufacturing industry that wins by product quality and service,the urgent problem for A company is how to give full play to the working potential of its core employees,and effectively stimulate their loyalty to the company,increase their sense of belonging in the company,so as to effectively reduce the turnover rate of core employees.In general,this study is conducted in accordance with the general research paradigm of "asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems".On the basis of combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on employee motivation,this paper chooses Herzberg's two-factor theory as the breakthrough point,takes the core employees of Zhuzhou A Company as the specific research object,and through the research method of questionnaire,from the two dimensions of health careand motivation,makes a study of the core employees of A Company for the public.The present situation of employee motivation satisfaction was investigated.At the same time,based on the investigation,the problems and reasons of core staff incentive in A company are found,and under the guidance of the two-factor theory,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems.This study believes that health care measures include the improvement of job analysis and evaluation,the design of salary system,the enhancement of welfare function and the construction of information communication channels;incentive measures include the strengthening of salary incentives,the construction of comprehensive welfare system,scientific performance management and career management.Finally,for the core staff incentive scheme optimized by Company A,the corresponding implementation safeguards,including the organization implementation and specific key safeguard measures,are provided.It mainly covers PDCA cycle and other improvement tools,as well as the improvement of human resources system and other safeguards.Although there are many studies on the mechanism at home and abroad at present,there are few empirical studies only from the perspective of the two-factor theory.Guided by the two-factor theory,this study regards the incentive of core employees of Zhuzhou A Company as the core of the discussion,which can enrich the research contents of domestic scholars and improve the relevant enterprises at the same time.Incentive mechanism provides reference.
