The Impact Research Of The Adjustment About Employment Structure On Population Urbanization In Yangtze River Delta

At present, urbanization lags behind industrialization, the urbanization of land faster than population urbanization, the rate about household population urbanization is much lower than the rate of resident population urbanization, and the quality of population urbanization is low. Today, it’s a major socio-economic tasks to promote the new urbanization which focus on people-oriented comprehensively in China. The important reason is the adjustment of employment slower than the level of economic development and than the adjustment of industrial structure. Yangtze River Delta is the major economic growth pole in promoting the rapid development about economic, is China’s rapid economic restructuring areas. It’s typical to study the mechanisms and path about the impact of the employment of structural adjustment on population urbanization in Yangtze River Delta region.Firstly, this paper analyzes the mechanism about the adjustment of structure employment and population urbanization, on this basis, analyzes the space-time and evolution characteristics about employment restructuring and population urbanization in Yangtze River Delta region, The study found that, promoting employment restructuring is the key of accelerate the development of population urbanization; finding employment structure of industry and population urbanization have obvious Spatial differentiation characteristics and multiple extreme differentiation in Yangtze River Delta region. Population urbanization is positively correlated with the employment of the second and third industry. The correlation between the proportion of tertiary industry employment and population urbanization is more significant in the economically developed areas about Yangtze River Delta region.Secondly, study the relationship between the adjustment of employment restructure and the development of population urbanization through deviation analysis, Granger causality test and the analysis about intermediary role. Causality tests indicated there exists a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between non-agricultural employment structure and the development of population urbanization; The analysis about intermediary role showed the part of impact about industrial structure on population urbanization through the employment structure to achieve indirectly.Based on the foregoing analysis, then, the article discusses the impact of the adjustment of employment structure on population urbanization and focus on the analysis of influence about the employment in service industry and the employment of second industry under cities in different scale,by using the panel model method and the spatial regression analysis.The results have shown that there was a significant negative correlation between the employment structure of primary industry and population urbanization.And there has a significant positive effect between the employment of the second and third industry, especially the effect of the employment of the tertiary industry;There also has a positive impact of the employment in service industry on the development of the urban population, and the positive force of the employment of the productive service industry is the strongest; The influence of the employment of the second industry on the population urbanization in medium cities is significant positive, but the effect of the employment in second industry on population urbanization in big cities and mega cities is not strong.Finally, basing on the analysis of mechanism, study the relationship and empirical draw the main conclusions. Putting forward the basic train of thought about promoting the development of urbanization effectively from the angle by promoting the urbanization of migrant workers, realizing the coordinated development of industrialization, agricultural modernization and the population urbanization, which play a leading role in the major cities and highlight local characteristics.
