The Relationship Between New Industrialization And Iinformatization Based On Anhui Statistical Research

The integration of new industrialization and informatization development model with Chinese features, is an important decision made by the CPC Central Committee on the basis of making an accurate grasp on China’s basic national conditions in the new era. The Sixteenth CPC National Congress put forward that "using the information technology to stimulate industrialization, and promote the information technology with industrialization, to build a new road of industrialization."The Eighteen Party Congress further that "promoting the depth of integration of information technology and industrialization, the simultaneous development of new propositions" as a new proposition. Anhui is an underdeveloped agricultural province, to achieve leapfrog development, enriching province strategy, we must vigorously promot new industrialization and informatization process and realize the coordinated development of its depth of integration is an effective way.With the guide of Party18’s spirit, and based on development economics, national economics and other disciplines, we use some research methods combining the normative analysis and the empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis together to analysis the new industrialization of the relationship between information technology and a more comprehensive analysis of Anhui.First, the relevant research results in the absorption of the former reference to define a new type of industrialization and informatization connotation and basic characteristics of industrialization and informatization elaborate mechanism of interaction and coordinated development of both the basic theory of the depth of integration. Secondly, based on the principles of the relevant statistics I construct the new industrialization, informatization comprehensive evaluation index system, and measure the overall level of development of new industrialization in Anhui Province and information utilization of AHP and factor analysis, analysis new industrialization in Anhui Province and the level of information trends. Again, using Granger causality test, cointegration test, VAR model, impulse response analysis and other modern methods measure the number of economic analysis of the new dynamic equilibrium relationship between Anhui Province between industrialization and information technology. Fourth, through the establishment of coordinated development of the model, the analysis estimates Anhui "Two" coordinated development, use of the model complex systems analysis of two synergistic integration of state. Finally, I analysis the new industrialization and informatization development process issues and make a number of specific suggestions for the gorverment.The main conclusions of this paper are:First, the new level of industrialization in Anhui Province, and gradually increase the level of information showing trends, but compared with the developed areas there is still a gap. Second, the new industrialization of information technology is not Granger cause of Anhui reasons, and the information is Granger cause of Anhui new industrialization. Third, Anhui’s new industrialization and information coordination situation towards the positive direction,"Two" collaborative degree fusion is also rising.
