Measure And Optimization On Coordinative Development Of Industrialization, Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Xuchang

Henan Province to fully implement the national guidance on the development andconstruction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, make the decision that Xuchang cityaccelerate the construction on coordinative development of urbanization, industrializationand agricultural modernization. The masterstroke of constructing this rode is to adhere theleading role of the new industrialization, the leading role of the new urbanization, the basicrole of the new agricultural modernization, trying to find a scientific development roadwithout the expense of agriculture and food, ecological and environment on coordinativedevelopment of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization. On the basisof qualitative analysis on the development status of the city of Xuchang, this paperconstructs a system on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization andagricultural modernization, makes a research on the validity of coordinative developmentof urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization from the quantitativeperspective and comes up with existing problems and development strategy on coordinativedevelopment of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization in the city ofXuchang purposefully.The main contents of this paper include defining the coordination degree ofurbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization under the guidance of thesystem theory, the garden city theory, the urban-rural integration theory; putting forwardcoordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernizationincluding coordinated development between each subsystem, that is to say, the three subsystem is supplement each other, promoting each other, and realizing the overall maximumeffectiveness of the system; the system also includes coordinated development betweeneach subsystem of industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization toachieve the maximum benefit in the existing conditions.The paper constructs an index system on coordinative development of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization, calculates coordination degree of eachsubsystem with principal component analysis mathematical model and calculatescoordination degree of coordinative development of urbanization with Liu Chongbincoordinated development measure model. Through empirical analysis on coordinativedevelopment of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization in the city ofXuchang with the model, we can make a conclusion that coordinated validity is generallyhigh in Xuchang city from2002to2011, it maintains over the level of intermediatecoordination level, but whole coordinated validity showed a downward trend, down from0.935in2002to0.825of2011, only2004and2008showing a rising trend. The biggestdrop is occurred in2010,6.5percentage points lower than in2009. Existing that the currentdevelopment methods of Xuchang are widening the level of development of eachsubsystem. Finally, the paper puts forward those problems that slow growth of newagricultural modernization, the development of urbanization lags behind industrialdevelopment, the industrialization subject is no good and so on. The paper also comes upwith the countermeasures that it should speed up the transformation of agriculture to modern agriculture, construction of new urbanization, take the road of newindustrialization, implementation of eco-building and so forth.
