Multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation theory and methods have already been used in the fields of economic management, industrial engineering, decision making and so on. They are in important practical value and broad application prospect. So many scholars pay attention to this field continually for a long time. Hitherto, there are fruitful theoretical achievements about multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation. Based on the traditional evaluation process, some theoretical branches of comprehensive evaluation have developed:They are group evaluation, combination evaluation, timing dynamic evaluation, uncertain information evaluation, learning evaluation, self-determine comprehensive evaluation and so on. There are some theoretical achievements about the above branches, but we still need to develop and perfect them.Self-determine comprehensive evaluation is an important branch of the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation. Its’ theoretical study just begin, so it is badly in need of further enrichment and perfect. After concluding and summarizing the domestic and foreign literatures, this dissertation does further research on the self-determine comprehensive evaluation from subjective and objective aspects respectively. The main works are as follows:(1) The attribute absolute and relative advantage degree is defined according to each evaluation object information distribution difference. Then we do objective research on self-determine comprehensive evaluation based on the idea of the induced ordered weighted average operator. This method can guarantee the evaluation objects values maximization.(2) This dissertation does expansion study on objective self-determine comprehensive evaluation, which is also based on the information distribution difference, by combining self-determine evaluation with consultation evaluation. We present a self-determine evaluation method with the interval numbers as the parameters. This method can be widely used in uncertain multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation, which attribute values or weights are interval numbers.(3) Every evaluation object relative competitive advantage is defined from two aspects, which is the objects sequence values and the evaluation values relative difference. Based on this, we provide a self-determine evaluation model to optimize the evaluation objects relative advantage doubly in order to maximize its whole competitive advantage.(4) In this part, the initial evaluation information is given by the objects singly. According to the rational "economic man" hypothesis, every evaluation object will participate in its subjective emotion when it gives the initial information. To this problem, we give a loop optimization method to filter the objects subjective emotion in order to guarantee the final results objectivity and impartiality.At last, this dissertation summarizes the self-determine comprehensive evaluation and point out some questions, which are worth to do further research.
