Research On Procurement And Logistics System Construction Of China Mobile Communications Corporation Sy Branch

As a telecom operator, CMCC ranks first in the field of telecommunication both in customer numbers, network scale and stock values. It has already abandoned traditional development mode which emphasizes speed on network and market scale. Now we emphasize on looking for new field, new profit increasing point and new way of decreasing cost. So advancing purchasing ability and energy efficiency is one of the most important strategic themes for CMCC to do long-term research.This thesis based on case study, treats CMCC-SY branch as an example, whose modern procurement and logistics system is a kind of innovation which compared with traditional mode, including four aspects specifically.(1) Research on procurement and logistics system includes both domestic field and foreign field, aiming on using theory into practice, summarizing theory from practice, integrating theory into practice innovatively. The thesis provides theoretical gist and practical reference.(2) Research on CMCC-SY branch’s procurement and logistics system present situation and existed problem. The research adopts literature and practical case research method, analyzes existing procurement and logistics system in CMCC-SY branch, looks for inconsistence between practical storeroom and suppositional storeroom in and out of storage and etc, and then brings forward new procurement and logistics system for CMCC-SY branch.(3) Scheme research about procurement and logistics system of CMCC-SY branch. The thesis points out the importance of two-dimensional centralized purchasing and two-dimensional centralized management, advances new and information-based procurement and logistics system which suits big-scale enterprises’continuous development, as well as considers enterprise’s own characteristic, suits existed ERP system and SOX inter-control requirement and offers new optimizing theme.(4) It is important that treating CMCC-SY branch’s E-procurement case as an example, presenting a whole process about E-procurement system building, application and extending, and analyzing its practical effect.This thesis will not only reinforce existed procurement system, provide settling theme pertinently, but also offer reference for both CMCC and telecom field.
