China's Logistics Index System Based On Three-dimensional Degree Of Research

Since 1979, China has introduced the concept of logistics, the logistics industry has become increasingly subject to government, academia and the business's attention. Modern logistics industry's role in national economic development is more and more prominent, and all levels of government have been introduced to promote local development of logistics planning and related policies. March ,2009, Logistics was put into"The Restructuring and Revitalization Plan of The Ten Industries". Modern logistics has become a pillar industry and new economic growth point, following the natural resources and human resources became "The third profit source."However, because of social research and statistical work carried out the logistics later, is still no system to improve the index system. Due to lack of quantitative basis, many are built on the qualitative evaluation of the level of awareness, can not give full play to the modern logistics role in promoting economic development.Therefore, the study and establishing the characteristics of China's socialist market economic index system of logistics, methods, and logistics development in our society is an important content.In this paper, modern logistics, statistics, economics, applied mathematics and other disciplines, theoretical approaches and research results were used. Access to relevant information on the basis of a large number of indicators of social logistics system and statistical issues related to a certain degree of research. Aims and policies for social logistics statistics provide a theoretical basis for decision making and reference.The main contents of this paper is as follows:(1) Research the concept of social logistics, the relations between social logistics and economic, social logistics Indicators theory and it's functions,the principle of establishment.(2) Through analysis, from the "statistical, economic, functional," established a three-dimensional three point evaluation index system of logistics.(3) Research the concept of the main indicators of logistics, statistical methods, calculations and economic relations, and to collect summary statistics on these indicators in recent years. (4) Papers from the total amount of social logistics and social logistics demand index, researchs the social logistics of Yunnan, in particular the situation in Yunnan border trade logistics development.The research finds that lagged behind the development of logistics in Yunnan the overall level of the country, especially in the logistics industry in Yunnan's border trade zone advantages not fully out of the logistics role in promoting the national economy. To solve the above problem, the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
