Taxi is an important part of public transportation system in urban, it located in the higher demand of the urban passenger transportation mode.In a certain extent, on behalf of the city’s modernization level, and it is the city spirit civilization "window".In recent years, with the sustainable development of rental car industry in Shenyang, it plays more and more sufficient role as a public traffic important supplementary, and provides a convenient, quick, comfortable travel service for people. However during this developing process, rejection services and the low quality problem also gradually exposed. The profound reasons is that the positioning of the business, the management system, the taxi fares mechanism, the existing operation mode, etc, these deep contradictions have become the bottleneck of Shenyang rental car industry and need to be solved urgently.This article from the view of the present situation of Shenyang rental car industry and the status of the management, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, summarizes this six key aspects, including industry positioning problem, the straighten of management system unclear, no scientific total amount control, taxi fares formation mechanism is not reasonable, corporate and personal coexistence management mode caused industry management confusion, service quality is low. On the basics of analyzing the causes of these six aspects respectively, combining with the actual situation of Shenyang rental car industry, to propose the concrete measures.From the realistic sense, this article can provide guidance significance to promoting economic development in management decision industry and will play a positive role in satisfy the travel demand of Shenyang citizens.
