Planning And Controlling Study In The Supply Chain System Program Of SG Corporation

Today’s steel industry, on the one hand, ascendant and continuous doing strong individually; on the other hand, doing resources competition in the final analysis in order to deal with the future competition in steals. How to improve the ability of resourcing control is already becoming the number one concept for the enterprise developing. Consequence sly happen is that changing the traditional concept of coal obtains and using project management advanced concepts of coal supply chain management system has an important meaning, especially for the China’s largest steel companies. SG Group Company has nearly200billion coal purchasing fund every year, if purchasing spending saved by one percentage point, it could plus2billion yuan profits for the company. Therefore, correct analysis the SG traditional concept, especially doing the deep research on coal purchasing of supply chain system construction project,while searching the own supply chain management model has significant meaning for SG movement.This paper firstly, through the SG coal purchasing in-depth research, using advanced notion and project management method, tools for SG coal supply chain system construction is studied,from plan, organize implementation and monitoring of aspects, to apply, economy, timely, collaboration as goal oriented, fully considering the SG structure of much of the actual situation, production characteristics and involves a lot of fuel、huge amounts of characteristic, to construct the SG their own development of coal supply chain management。 Secondly, In the project planning stage, using Gantt chart WBS recently diagram, determine the project work breakdown and schedule, using responsibility matrix clear the personnel to be borne by each party liability。 In the project implementation and control of the stage, using earned value method to the project schedule.Finally, through the end of the work finished SG company coal supply chain system construction projects。The research in this paper, believe in the SG company coal supply chain system constructing smooth project execution provide feasible plan,for China’s steel enterprises of coal supply chain system construction reference model.
