International Marketing has become a hot topic in the Chinese business community. In the past several years of business practice, part of the outstanding Chinese enterprises in international marketing has achieved great success, of course, paid tremendous hardships. In the context of China’s opening up, international trade, international marketing focus, the objective of economic development requirement of the law, is the inevitable trend of world economic development. In this paper, A company will take an example to research the tactics of international market.As one of the feed additives suppliers in the international market, A company has achieved a lot during years of development. However, with the external environment changes, the market also appeared in the new situation, how to expand the international market as soon as possible,reflect the high standards in the production of competitive advantage, the company urgently needed to solve the problem.Based on Economics and International Marketing theory, the first section of this dissertation covers the analysis of A company external environment, international feed additives market conditions, competition, finds the existing external opportunities and challenges. Then the internal status is analyzed to ascertain the advantages and disadvantages. After that, the marketing strategy is proposed in accordance with SWOT method at the end of the first section. The second section is to work out the strategy of market selection. Firstly, the international feed additives market is divided by multi-analysis. Then we estimate the main divided market and determine the target-market suitable to A company and the target-market is positioned. Finally, we sets up practicable marketing tactics in the frame of4P theory with ways of implement and guarantee. The third section main work out how the marketing strategy is implemented accurately. We sincerely hope a valuable solution is to be provided to A company for marketing feed additives products through our study. Also reference significance to relevant companies is desired by this dissertation.
