TAC Construction Project Management Ltd. is the forerunner in the development of project management enterprises. In2000, TAC was established in Shenyang. In recent ten years it has developed rapidly, occupying most of the project management markets in northeast of China, receiving good reputation in the national large-scale project managements. After series of effective performance and business developments, now TAC has got a strong comprehensive competitive power. Among the many resources of enterprises, man as a kind of resource, more and more attention is paid to its importance.The development of enterprises can’t live without outstanding human resources and efficient allocation of human resources. Performance assessments play an important role in the enterprise’s human resources management, the organic system, holding the central position.It has seven chapters in this thesis. In the first chapter, a question is put forward and the main research contents are summarized. In the second chapter, some of the main theories of performance assessments are summarized selectively. In chapter3, TAC company profile is introduced, including company’s organizational structure, the business scope, human resource general situation and economical benefits of TAC. Then, in chapter4, performance assessments of years ever since the establishment of TAC are briefly reviewed. On that basis. in chapter5, then TAC performance evaluation scheme is put forward. In this scheme, the fundamental principle of designing TAC staff performance evaluation scheme is firstly proposed. Secondly, the applications of performance planning, performance coaching, performance assessment and feedback, performance improvement, performance results are planned from the contents of performance evaluation. At the same time, the embodiments of performance communication system and employees performance are formulated. Key performance indicator (KPI) method is adopted in the performance object design of performance planning stage; a360-degree performance assessment method is used in the performance assessment. In chapter6, it’s pointed that corresponding measures should be taken in order to make the performance-evaluating plan of TAC employees carried out effectively. In this thesis, the final chapter, chapter7is the conclusion part.
