Research On Enterprise Culture Optimization Of Shaanxi Provincial Mines Corporation

Enterprise culture is the soul of the business enterprise. The emergence of enterprise culture indicates that enterprise management developed from material level to more deeply cultural level. The excellent enterprise culture can make the enterprise viable and growing better, not only taking the growth of the business performance, but also established positive social image for the enterprise. The enterprise which adheres to the high class level should construct top-grade enterprise culture.Mineral industry is the basic industry of national economic development. The mineral enterprises are confronted with the reform of enterprise system. And these situations inevitably change the organization of traditional business enterprise, structural system, operating way, even the thought concepts and spiritual states of business enterprise staffs. So the mineral enterprises must form their own effective management models and enhance the core competitive force of enterprises, to cement and inspire all the employees so as to intensify the enterprise competitive force through the construction of enterprise culture.In the writing process of this paper, I browsed a lot of enterprise culture books and articles from domestic and international experts. I find most studies have focused on manufacture and sales. But few researches gave system study in view of mineral background. This paper has finished certain useful research and got some new results. The theoretical research and positive research methods are adopted in thesis. Based on the analysis of theory of enterprise culture, thesis analysis the present situation of the Shaanxi geological and mineral survey corporation, and find the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction. On the basis of profound analysis of the problems, thesis puts forward Suggestions on further optimize of the enterprise culture construction, and makes detailed analysis and evaluation to the implementation of plan. It provides strong cultural thrust for the enterprise to gain competitive advantage and improve the market competitiveness.
