Essay On Enterprise Culture Construction Of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company

Corporate culture is an important part of a company's key competitiveness.Sound corporate culture helps to create good working atmosphere,strongly motivate employees and support the sustainable development of enterprises.With the intensified market competition and the deepening of marketization of state-owned enterprises,the original corporate culture of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company,which has the background of traditional state-owned enterprises,is no longer suitable for macro and micro environment.Based on this contradiction,this paper explores how Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company conducted its cultural construction so as to occupy a dominant position in the long-term development and competition of the company.The current paper analyzes the current situation of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company's cultural construction from the four dimensions of material culture,behavioral culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.Based on the data and information of the questionnaire survey and field interviews,the paper finds that the following problems exist in the enterprise culture of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company:(1)the leadership does not put the construction of enterprise culture at the core;(2)the lack of identity of the grassroots employees on the current corporate culture;(3)There are shortcomings in the communication mechanism and communication channels.Based on the above analysis,this paper argues that we should uphold the four principles of originating and absorbing,full participation,development and innovation,and cultural landing.The construction of enterprise culture can be divided into stages of cultural building stage(2017),cultural practice stage(2018)and core condensation stage(2019).Then,through expert interviews and research,the paper summarizes the contents of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company's corporate culture,including corporate mission,corporate vision,core values,entrepreneurial spirit,business philosophy,and development concept.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the enterprise culture construction of Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company,including the four aspects of organizationguarantee,system guarantee,resource guarantee and team safeguard.It is hoped that such research can be used as an important reference for Nantong Cellulose Fibers Company's corporate culture construction,and the enterprise culture construction of our country traditional state-owned enterprise has certain referential significance.
