Based On Low Carbon Product Certification Of Digital Multi-function Photocopying Equipment Supply Chain Profit Optimization Research

ABSTRACT:In recent years, the public have paid more and more attention to the issue of global climate change that result from the carbon dioxide enrichment. The concept of environmental protection and low-carbon has been gradually recognized and accepted by people. In addition to reducing carbon emissions in daily life, carbon emissions of office supplies are getting increasing attention. And with the improvement of public environmental awareness, consumers are willing to put the purchasing behavior and consumer behavior as means of protecting the environment. If enterprises intend to take the environment-friendly as their new competitive advantages, they need to move from original management pattern based on the end-of-treatment to the whole lifecycle management pattern, and they need to achieve low-carbon from resource development, production, distribution, use and recovery. The introduction of low carbon product certification system raises new requirement for digital multi-function photocopying equipment, and bringing new opportunities to enterprises.According to the situation above, this paper combines with the ideas and theories of low carbon products supply chain, supply chain profit optimization and demand preference, considering the different stages of the relevant policies of low carbon product certification (mainly the second and third stages), analyzes the main characteristic of digital multi-function photocopying equipment, and analyzes qualitatively the effect of low carbon production certification policy on digital multi-function photocopying equipment supply chain profit optimization under the guidance of relevant theories. On the basis of qualitative analysis, according to the policy of low carbon product certification would grade up on the second and third stages, the paper builds the demand function under the low carbon product certification, and the calculation of different grades of products cost and price is given, finally a return model is got. Then an example analysis is taken to further verify the model. Thus we hope to reduce products’carbon emissions in the whole lifecycle, and achieve environmental goals and economic goals, which is a win-win situation.
