Business Process Reengineering Of Small Andmedium-sized Trade Enterprises

In recent years, due to the diversified development of the markets, traditional enterprise management model reveals a growing number of drawbacks, various scholars have pay close attention to enterprise business process reengineering theory. The first use of Business Process Reengineering is in manufacturing field, and then logistics, human resources, finance and other corporate functions departments will also take the combinstion of business process reengineering and optimization within the departments together into consideration. Therefor, the scholars also study Business Process Reengineering in the field of medical,service and other sectors at the same time.Trade enterprises belong to the service sectorare.Traditional trading companies do not have their own products, they are mainly buying and selling goods.The modern trading companies are according to their own scale then to establish the processing, warehousing and other derivatives sectors.ENP is a typical small and medium sized processing trade enterprise,it encountered a bottleneck in the development processes, and the management of confusion has lead to reduce of the business efficiency and the development stagnated.In this paper, business process reengineering theory will be used to analyze the current situation of ENP and gives sugestions to solve the current business predicaments.
