Health care industry has been becoming the fifth wave of fortune of global economy while health needs are the main driving power of future fortune, the internal drive and new engine to guarantee the sustainable development of economic society. As the competition of health care industry intensifies, more and more attention is paid on the R&D, industrialization and international cooperation of the new drug field. The employees, most of whom are intellectuals with highly educated backgrounds, are being forced to face the great competitive pressure. According to the related investigation and analysis, China is the country with the strongest pressure in the world.16,300professionals, from80countries and cities worldwide, think they have higher pressure than last year, in which China inland accounts for75%including that Shanghai and Beijing rank the forefront of the cities, with80%and67%respectively. Health care industry employees are generally under the cruel competition pressure of industry internationalization. Therefore, what we need to do is:analyzing the source of their high pressure and finding out ways to relieve that and motivating the whole team’s positive energy.This paper firstly introduces the basic situation of XSY Company and the present development of health industry, including the team structure and other important information; secondly it analyzes the pressure problem faced by the health care industry employees aiming at the direction and emphasis of the pressure source to find out the source and coping strategy by four stages. The research includes:①design the questionnaire to further identify the pressure source problem;②find out the corresponding solution by discussing and analyzing the pressure source problem;③put the solution into effect;④do the follow-up and compare with the previous results and evaluate from several aspects, such as mindfulness, pressure, innovation and performance assessment.This paper finally takes correct and effective measures, emphasizes on the use of innovative MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction) method:connect mindfulness with business, innovation and leadership, put into practice boldly, adjust the pressure source to the optimization and then be the positive energy of the whole organization.Human capital is the most precious resource of health care industry that has a direct impact on corporate performance. It drives the mass production of international projects in the health care industry of Chinese enterprises, accelerates the industrialization of achievements of new drugs and the internationalization of technology capital.
