Company H is a IC manufacturing fab which often has to adopt the process of24-hour operation and production. These facility systems and equipments that support the mess productive line to long-term running, have to be stopped together and to be cooperated with the schedule of facility annual maintenance to conduct and implement the annual reaping and maintenance construction, in order to preserve the efficiency for the facility systems and equipments. The characters of facility annual maintenance are very short engineering period and extremely high risk. Therefore, it will be necessary to conduct in-depth research on the risk management of facility annual maintenance and how to smoothly complete all the constructions one by one under risk controlling and safe working condition.This study is mainly focused on how to implement effective project risk management during the annual maintenance period for IC Company H. This study has also adopted a case study of IC Company H to sort out those parts that can be further improved, and has proposed some improving strategies of feasibility. AHP makes the re-composition for risk factors which make an evaluation analysis for next step. Then, basing on above research, measures will be taken to reduce the bad effects on facility maintenance project, in order to provide as a reference to implement the facility maintenance project for civil IC fabs. |
