Study On Organizational Performance Management Of H Company’s Existing Buildings Facility Management Strategy

Existing buildings facilities need reasonable operation&maintenance, old facilities need to be updated and modified, it needs facilities strategy, organization, value, outsourcing, performance, space, environment, energy integrated optimization management, continuous operation. High quality, professional facilities management is a new problem.
