In twenty-first century, great changes are involving enterprises’internal and external environment, including the improvement of production efficiency by advanced production technology, increasingly convenient transportation, better management tool by rapid development of information technology and internet technology, market competition across national borders and increasingly personalized needs and appearance of customized products, etc, which greatly increase the uncertainty of market demand and bring enterprises the pressure including reducing delivery time, improving quality, lower cost, improving supply flexibility and services.With the economic development and the deepening of social division of labor supply chain management(SCM) has come into sight of researchers and has obtained more and more recognition of enterprises and has been accepted as business strategy because of its core concept of integration, collaboration and "WIN-WIN". As one important part of supply chain management, purchasing management covers internal management including the purchasing activities interfaced to other departments and supplier management, from which the role of bridge for purchasing management can be clearly acknowledged, even it was treated as "the third profit source of enterprises". How to use the right transportation to deliver the appropriate material with right quality, quantity and condition to the right place at the right time is a research focus and becomes the focal point of enterprises.In this context, this paper takes MM company as the research object and we put Study on Purchasing Management Issues and Optimizing Strategies of MM Company under Supply Chain Environment as the research subject, using the theory of supply chain management and purchasing management as the theoretical basis and combining the actual situation in the purchasing operation of MM company, systematically make an analysis of the current situation in terms of purchasing management and the existing issues of MM company and we put forward the optimizing strategies of purchasing management including restructuring and subdividing purchasing organization, introducing supply subdivision method in the process of purchasing, optimizing purchasing process through optimizing SAP system and building coordinated supplier relationship management system optimizing. Hope these optimizing strategies can help MM company improve its purchasing management and competitiveness in the market, also can play a certain reference role in the purchasing management activities for the similar companies.
