Evaluation Of Emergency Material Demand Under The Unconventional Emergencies

In recent years, unconventional emergencies occur frequently, brings a major disaster to people’s lives and property, the development of our country’s economy also suffer the test. It is very important to research on the demand analysis of the emergency materials, which is the foundation for the disaster relief work. However, the study of emergency materials demand is not enough at present. The understanding of the demand for emergency materials play a key role in the whole emergency materials management, which is to guide the emergency materials in the daily management of the procurement, storage, and dispatching, distribution emergency materials to the affected site as the premise of emergency disposal work. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of emergency disposal, emergency resource allocation and so on, which have a further study on the demand of emergency materials and priority evaluation according to certain standards.This article mainly research on emergency materials demand grading evaluation in the unconventional emergencies. The article consists of five parts, In the first part, introduces the background and research significance of this article. In the second part.summarizes the connotation and characteristics of unconventional emergencies, which is based on the theory of the emergency crisis management theory; at the same time, analyzes the connotation of emergency materials and demand characteristics. In the third part, builds emergency materials demand grading index system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of grading for the demand of emergency materials, and determine the level of demand of goods, providing the basis for the management of emergency materials. In the fourth part, this paper choose the typical emergency materials which are used frequently in the emergency rescue, by the mean of the constructed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the emergency materials, carry out the corresponding demand level, in order to provide theoretical support and reference data for the emergency materials procurement, reserve management, emergency rescue and dispatching works. The last chapter, summarizes the main research work, and put forward further research prospect in the basis of the shortcomings of the article.
