Decision-making Mechanism Research On Dynamic Supply Ratio Of Flexible Assembly Enterprises

Facing the increasingly fierce competitive market, flexible assembly enterprises needto reduce the overall cost and improve the overall quality of procurement, so as toenhance the competitiveness of the enterprises’ core products. As a key link ofprocurement process in flexible assembly enterprises, the fixing of dynamic supply ratiohas been a great concern of enterprises, it is essential to determine the dynamic supplyratio in a scientific and reasonable way for enterprises.Firstly, this thesis analyzes relevant theoretical issues of dynamic supply ratio inflexible assembly enterprises, which has laid a theoretical foundation for suppliers’evaluation and selection and scientific decision-making of dynamic supply ratio.Secondly, the system of supplier assessment index is established, including productquality, cost level, production level, service level, delivery capability, technical level,corporate culture management level and cooperative attitude. The combination weightsof assessment index are identified by adopting AHP and Entropy Method. And anoptimum selection of flexible assembly enterprise suppliers is realized based onTOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) preferredmodel. Then, a comprehensive quantitative analysis method is designed by introducingset-valued statistics theory, gray system theory and distance function to deal with thedecision index quantitatively, which influences the fixing of dynamic supply ratio. Onthis basis, cost, quality, service and delivery time are taken as targets and amulti-objective decision-making model of dynamic supply ratio is set up to providetheoretical evidence for enterprises to make scientific decisions on parts suppliers ofdynamic supply ratio. Finally, taking one flexible assembly enterprise as an example,the above key research is used to develop supplier information management system offlexible assembly enterprise and realize dynamic control of supply ratio of partssuppliers, which verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the above theory andmethods.
