At the Hannover Industrial Expo in Germany in 2011,Germany first proposed the concept of "industrial 4.0".At the meantime,the technology which is based on the electronic computer and the Internet,is making a profound impact on the manufacturing industry.China put forward the "China made 2025" strategy in 2015,which requires to accurately grasp the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the trend of industrial change,in the future of global competition to occupy the commanding point.Therefore,in the environment of the information revolution,the "intelligent manufacture" of the man-machine system manufacturing mode based on knowledge application has been put forward.Now the manufacturing environment is facing fierce competition,multi product and small batch customization challenges.In the manufacturing industry,the characteristics of the manufacturing cycle length and high production cost are the important factors of manufacturing research and transformation.The assembly operation of heavy complex product,represented by aircraft,locomotive,and so on,occupies the most important position in the whole manufacturing process.However,due to the characteristics of heavy products,such as low market demand,low coverage rate and high customization demand,the transformation of manufacturing industry is often ignored,and the lack of information intelligent technology also slows down the development of heavy product assembly process.Therefore,based on the above reasons,based on the analysis of assembly process information requirements,and combining with 2017 "world conference on intelligent manufacturing" proposed by the depth of the assembly process digitalization,informatization,structured build process,material,resources,three-dimensional integrated management mode,digital twin thought is put forward to build the concept of based on the station flexible assembly line management system(SFAS).By establishing virtual station and virtual production line to realize the mapping of physical environment,the flexibility of assembly process is transformed into the flexibility of station.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the heavy product assembly process,optimize professional modular assembly line balancing algorithm based on material,simplify the difficulty of assembly process algorithm to make the system more realistic.At the same time,the overall requirements and functional requirements of the system are clarified,and the system is discussed in detail from four aspects: conceptual model,interactive process,architecture and functional structure.Finally,through the assembly line management system manufacturing company in the Q application of assembly process,to verify this system internal assembly line balancing algorithm,and describe the system operation interface,summary the auxiliary measures of the system implementation.Finally,the successful application of the system in the enterprise proves the validity and feasibility of the concept of flexible assembly line management system.
