ChuangKe Biotechnology CO.LTD, which is the specialist cosmetology company in Guangzhou, provides high-tech beauty products to clients. With the huge potential in cosmetics market, it is important for ChuangKe Biotechnology CO.LTD to expand the market that uses probable marketing strategy.This thesis studies the case of marketing strategy of ChuangKe Biotechnology CO.LTD and puts forward to the basic idea that the company takes in market.The thesis starts with introducing the company’s basic situation, macroscopic environment and industry environment, then the thesis analyses the company with SWOT analysis method. Secondly, the thesis come up with enterprise’s marketing strategy. Company extends from eastern and southern China to southwest and northwest China. High-income female consumer in city is the client. Company researches and produces professional beauty product, builds "cell cosmetics" enterprise brand. Company’s product strategy includes product diversification and product quality management; pricing strategy is using the high price strategy; channel strategy is to shorten the traditional marketing channels, make full use of e-commerce and network marketing; the promotion strategy is to use the network promotion. Thirdly, the thesis propose the safeguard measure in implementation of the market strategy, such as completing marketing organization system, strengthening the management of marketing team, and strengthening the construction of marketing information system.The research result will be used in the wok for making and taking out of the marketing strategy of ChuangKe Biotechnology CO.LTD.
