In the fierce market competition environment, how to seize opportunities, meet challenges, obtain the competition advantage in the market, is a very practical significance.This paper takes China Construction Bank branch in Liaoning Province as the research object, based on China’s enterprise annuity system and the bank internal and external competition environment analysis, through the unique perspective, from a strategic height, carries on the discussion to the deep research for enterprise annuity’s development strategy. Firstly, from the basic theory of annuity, introduced the basic concept of enterprise annuity, and present situation of Construction Bank of China branch in Liaoning province and the existing problems of enterprise annuity. Focuses on the internal and external environment of enterprise annuity in China Construction Bank Liaoning branch. Then, the full use of management analysis method, SWOT analysis method, analyzes the factors of internal strengths, China Construction Bank Liaoning Province branch of the factors and disadvantage factors and external opportunities and threats factors, determine the strategic plan selection for the enterprise annuity business.
