In recent years,with the continuous decline of population fertility rate and the continuous extension of population life,the aging population in Shanxi Province is becoming increasingly serious,the basic old-age security system meet a heavy burden,urgent need to take measures to reduce the burden of basic old-age security system,many developed countries which face the same problem generally improve the role of enterprise annuity in the old-age security,enterprise annuity has become an important supplement to the basic old-age insurance.Although the development of enterprise annuity in Shanxi Province has achieved certain achievements,but there still exists many problems.At present,it is difficult to become an important way to supplement the old-age pension.However,with the aging of the population,the social pension burden is increasing,The importance of enterprise annuity gradually appear.In this context,how to promote enterprise annuity of Shanxi Province healthy and rapidly develop has become an important issue to the government of shanxi province.and society.Enterprise annuity refers to a kind of enterprises and employees to participate in,jointly pay the supplementary pension insurance plan,its purpose is to provide some income protection for the workers.Since the establishment of the enterprise annuity,many scholars at home and abroad have carried on the thorough research,discussed the theoretical foundation of the enterprise annuity development,analyzed its development,the influencing factors and the suitable suggestion of the enterprise annuity.In2004,Shanxi Province introduced a policy to promote the development of enterprise annuity.By the end of 2015,the enterprise annuity in Shanxi Province in the development scale,the number of enterprises involved,covering staff and annuity fund accumulation and so on have developed by leaps and bounds.However,from the overall level of the development of enterprise annuity in the province and the structure,there are problems of annuity coverage of enterprises and industries,regions,and basic old-age insurance.Resulting in the development of Shanxi enterprise annuity is not ideal for many reasons,such as administrative color is serious,the enterprise economic strength is weak,the lack of specific preferential tax policies,the weak trade unions and so on.With the help of the gray relational analysis method,the factors influencing the development of enterprise annuity are analyzed quantitatively.The analysis shows thatthe enterprise's ability to pay,the level of economic development and the ability to pay is related to the development of enterprise annuity in Shanxi province.Based on the analysis of the status,problems and causes of the enterprise annuity in Shanxi Province,the healthy development of the enterprise annuity in Shanxi Province should take a series of measures.Mainly to optimize the economic development environment,improve corporate governance,strengthen enterprise innovation,improved the enterprise pension system and so on.
