Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Enterprise Annuity In China

With the acceleration of aging in China,the pressure of pension payment is gradually emerging.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress clearly pointed out that effective measures should be taken in time to deal with the problem of population aging,build a sound old-age care policy system,and create a better social atmosphere.As the main part of the second pillar pension,enterprise annuity serves as an important supplement to the basic old-age insurance and an effective means to cope with the aging of the population.However,although China's enterprise annuity system has developed for more than 20 years,its coverage is still not wide enough,the total cumulative amount of funds is still low,and the investment returns are not optimistic.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the enterprise annuity system in China.On the basis of referring to the research status of enterprise annuity at home and abroad and related concepts and theories,this paper first taking the annuity plan of Shaanxi natural gas company as a specific case,it briefly introduces the annuity plan of Shaanxi natural gas company and its related concepts and theories design ideas,and use interviews and questionnaires to find out the problems and root causes of the pension plan of Shaanxi natural gas company;and then introduces the development process and current situation of enterprise annuity in China,and elaborates in detail what problems exist in the development of enterprise annuity system in China.Then through in-depth analysis of the 401(K)plan of the United States,the Canadian enterprise pension plan and the British occupational pension plan,we find the successful experience of the development of enterprise annuity system in some foreign regions and the enlightenment to the development of enterprise annuity in our country.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the development of enterprise annuity in China.Through the research of this paper can first enrich the research theory of the development of enterprise annuity system in China.To a certain extent,it can provide reference and reference for the similar research in this field in the future.Secondly,the research of this paper can be the enterprise annuity of China.The development of the system provides certain practical guidance,which has very important practical significance for improving China's enterprise annuity system and letting it play its due role.
