Find the root causes of profits decline, inefficient, high operating costs in the traditional supply chain.Finally, with the characteristics and advantages of the current B2B e-commerce environment, use the diversified integration services given by e-commerce platform, includes IT technology, financial services, logistics services and quality inspection institutions, this thesis redesign the current bearing industry supply chain. Provide corresponding solution countermeasures to the problems such as structure, information flow, cash flow, logistics, and supplier selection in the traditional supply chain of bearing industry. Determine the related security measures, and analyze the application value of the redesign of the supply chain from macro level and micro level respectively.
