In recent years, China’s oil industry has been developing, become the important pillar ofnational economy steady development. Oil companies in the fierce competition in thecontinuous adjustment as the environment changes, and grasp these changes are the keyfactors, human resource has become a generally recognized by the enterprise is the mostimportant resource, human resource management has become the focus of each enterprise,become an important aspect of enterprise survival and development. Incentive management isone of the core of human resource management, its essence is to arouse the enthusiasm of theemployees’ work by to meet demand, so that the work efficiency, increase benefit for theenterprise.Oil drilling project goal is the key to have an effective project team cooperation spirit,while the realization of the team needs to fully arouse the enthusiasm of team members’ work,and in the final analysis is the effective incentive problem of project team members. Based onthe project team and incentive mechanism, on the basis of relevant theories, using literatureresearch, questionnaire survey, field investigation method and so on, studies the town ofchangqing hengjing drilling project team’s current situation and problems of incentive, andaccording to the analysis of the incentive mechanism problem, design solutions, security of thesolution implementation measures are put forward, and evaluate the effect after theimplementation plan.In this article, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, found that the key problemsof the project team in terms of incentives there are two: one is social workers to get differentpay, and the unfair treatment; Second, the performance appraisal and reward system fuzzy.From equal pay for equal work, optimize the benefits for this project, refined, performanceappraisal, improve the living environment, understand the requirements, establish Sharedvision, to optimize the promotion incentive mechanism and training mechanism in sevenaspects design scheme. On the whole to motivate employees to improve work efficiency.
