At present,the Internet enterprises in our country have passed the "dividend period" in the early stage of development,and the increasing saturation of the market has put forward higher requirements for the management level of the enterprises,while the flat management mode of the project team can obviously improve the communication efficiency within the enterprises,which is conducive to the Internet enterprises to give feedback on the market changes quickly.In addition,the equal and democratic environment within the regiment is also conducive to strengthening the sense of belonging and identity of the post-90 s staff group and giving them strong spiritual incentives.Therefore the project team this organization form has obtained the Internet enterprise widespread application.And how to continuously motivate employees and promote the efficient collaboration of the whole team through the construction of incentive mechanism has become one of the most concerned issues for project team managers.SS company A project team is a team focused on software product sales,the establishment of the team has been fully supported by SS company headquarters,with complete hardware and software facilities and overall quality of excellent staff.However,due to the short time of establishment and insufficient management and management,the employee incentive effect of A team is not ideal,which causes outstanding problems such as low employee satisfaction,serious job burnout and rapid brain drain,which poses a serious hidden danger to the long-term development of A project team.By means of data collation,questionnaire survey and employee interview,this study investigated the satisfaction and incentive needs of A project team employees.Based on this,the incentive effect of the current incentive mechanism of the A team is evaluated,and the causes behind the existing problems are analyzed in combination with the two-factor theory and Maslow's demand theory.Finally,from the two angles of improving health care factors and strengthening incentive factors,the concrete scheme of optimizing A team incentive mechanism is put forward,which aims to construct a comprehensive and efficient project team employee incentive mechanism,which can improve the overall work efficiency of the team while better meeting the needs of the staff.
