Rare earth resources found so far, all the countries in the world are scrambling to miningthe use of strategic resources. Global demand for rare earth countries has maintained a stable.In all countries of the world, and at the same time as the population of China,, are nationalrecognized champion in rare earth resources in many countries, the rare earth industry comevery naturally to become one of the world market advantage industries in our country, occupythe world trade seller’s market dominance. However, due to the management of rare earthresources in our country related laws and regulations are not sound, lack of supervision,resulting in Chinese overall domestic rare earth industry management loopholes, can notgrasp the active right of discourse in the international market, resulting in the domestic rareearth resource, the increasingly serious environmental pollution.
