Study On The Dynamic Of Economic Development Of Urbanization Of Ganzhou City

The urbanization is the process of the economic development of a any country willexperience, in2012the party’s "Eighteen" and the2013"national NPC and CPPCC" isstressed the need to accelerate the process of urbanization, go "development road of newurbanization". However, the way in the "urbanization" development road, the gap betweenurban and rural areas is increasing, agricultural development is slow, the drawbacks inurbanization development process not only restricts the development of our national economy,but also restricted the economic development of Ganzhou city. According to the analysis, thelevel of urbanization in Ganzhou city is lower than the national level of urbanization, andunder the average level of Jiangxi Province, Ganzhou city counties (city, area) theurbanization level difference. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the dynamic factors ofurbanization in Ganzhou city economic development, to promote the rapid development ofurbanization of Ganzhou city.This paper first analyzes the current situation of urbanization of Ganzhou city; second,analysis of the policy factors of urbanization of Ganzhou city economic development; third,the Ganzhou City,17counties (city, district) panel data during2005-2012, with the help ofIBM SPSS Statistics v19.0and Eviews6.0software, select the "industrial added valueaccounted for the proportion of GDP","rural per capita housing area","per capita net incomeof farmers" and other six indicators, through correlation analysis, unit root test, cointegrationtest and Grainger Granger causality test steps, panel data model to get the Ganzhou cityurbanization dynamic of economic development; fourth, analysis of the support system andthe status quo of Ganzhou urbanization and economic development; finally, combining withthe analysis of the current development of urbanization of Ganzhou city and the empiricalresults, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The research results were concluded:(1) the total power of agricultural machinery is the unit of cultivated land dynamicaccelerated development of urbanization in Ganzhou City, the total power of agriculturalmachinery unit of land for every10increase in kw/h square meters, the level of urbanizationin Ganzhou city rose0.14percentage points.(2) per capita net income of farmers is the motive force of the development ofurbanization in Ganzhou City, the per capita net income of farmers increase for each100yuan,the level of urbanization in Ganzhou city rose0.039percentage points. (3) the industrialization is the driving force of urbanization of Ganzhou city economicdevelopment, industrial added value accounted for the proportion of GDP increases0.1, thelevel of urbanization in Ganzhou city rose0.062percentage points.(4) the development of infrastructure, technology, education, culture and social securityprovides important support conditions for the construction of urbanization in Ganzhou, theindustry is a powerful support for the Ganzhou city urbanization and economic development.
