The Research On New Urbanization Dynamic-mechanism In Heibei Province

The new urbanization increasingly becomes a hotspot issue which government and scholars attend with the rapid development of China's economy. Accelerating the construction of new urbanization is the current objective requirement of the economic development in Hebei Province,and it is also an effective way to enhance the competitiveness. In the process of urbanization, the problems which the majority of farmers don't get benefits,the gap between urban and rural areas is continue to increase, urban and rural residents face unequal employment opportunity and agricultural develop relatively slowly and so on, have become important factors restricting China's economic development. In comparison to the whole nation or the developed eastern coastal provinces, the level of new urbanization in Hebei Province is still low. The empirical study of the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development of Hebei Province is relatively few. Therefore, this paper attempt to explore the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development in Hebei Province of various regions and analyze its influencing factors.Based on the study of Relevant theory and method of the urbanization, this paper analyzes the present situation of the new urbanization development in Hebei province and Put forward the problems which have a bad effect on the process of new urbanization in Hebei Province. The paper combines the qualitative and quantitative research methods to study the driving force of the new urbanization in Hebei Province which includes five aspects as the basic conditions, the pulling power of industrial development, the trigger force of export-oriented economy, the regulating force of government's policies, the main driving force of active behaviors. Through econometric software Eviews6.0, the paper establish a panel data regression model of the dynamic mechanism of new urbanization development in Hebei Province and analyze the results both quantitatively and qualitatively. Finally, the paper provides some therelevant policy and suggestions.
