With the arrival of economic globalization era, the division of labor b etweendifferent countries and regions are also constantly developing and deepening.Horizontal integration strategy shifts from vertical integration that enables manyinternational companies to focus on related businesses of core competencies, andoutsource the inexperienced business in order to achieve optimal allocation ofresources. However, manufacturing companies need to have satisfactory quality andlower prices than competitors’ that can obtain international manufacturing outsourcingorders in the getting outsourcing process. Therefore, when companies complete theorders from international manufacturing outsourcing, they need to apply relevanttheories and methods to improve the existing mode of production, so as to achievecost optimization purposes.Based on Southern Company AVIC International Manufacturing outsourcingstatus and cost issues, combined with manufacturing outsourcing orders relatedrequirements, and used a combination of theoretical analysis and practical research,this paper makes a comprehensive study of its implementation cost optimization’method. This paper described t he tool PPGconcept, improved the cutting method to improve cutting efficiency, improvedcirculation to improve the use of space costs, established internal and externalmonitoring evaluation mechanisms and used the idea of lean management processes,etc. By maximizing the elimination of waste, improving efficiency and creating value,company’s products are competitive in the areas of price, quality, and on-time delivery,so as to obtain the best value for money.(2) Cost optimization studies from improving production efficiency, this paperproposed using of3P analysis on the production line current situation analysis toimprove site layout and the process, which can achieve the reduction of working hourconsumption, reduce transport distances, shorten the production cycle and reduceproduction costs.(3) Cost optimization studies from technology research, this paper, based on thecost optimization process research, detailed analysis MD3065134part as the representative of the high-pressure diffuser cover family parts processing technology,improved processing technology, and then evaluated the effect of improving theanalysis, which can achieve greater efficiency, lower production costs by technologyresearch.
