Analysis On The Manufacturing Production Efficiency Impact Made By Services Outsourcing In China

Development level of the tertiary industry has become a measure of one of the symbols of the national economic development level. And the producer services are an important part in the service sector, whose position in the national economy is increasing constantly because of its important role in the development of other industries to upgrade. Manufacturing is an important role in promoting the healthy development of a country. It’s the basis of national development and construction, though his proportion of national income reduces in gradually. The producer services and manufacturing promote each other in developing. On the one hand, service outsourcing manufacturing enterprise production laid a solid foundation for development of producer services; on the other hand, producer services provide a higher technology level in the middle of the necessities in its process of growing, and provide an important guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Producer services outsourcing are also the important way to promote the development and technological progress. Researching of producer services outsourcing of manufacturing production efficiency influence mechanism and influence factors have very important practical significance.The study is based on manufacturing production efficiency as the research object. It first studies producer services outsourcing’s theory and mechanism on the influence of manufacturing. Compared with the literature at home and abroad, this paper discusses how producer services outsourcing influences the manufacturing efficiency by talents flow affect, competition effect, demonstration effect and technology spillover effect. Combined with domestic and foreign relevant research data, this paper chooses the appropriate measure of outsourcing and builds production function model, and builds assumes that the relations between the producer services outsourcing and manufacturing efficiency. Then it analysis the difference between manufacturing industry and producer services industries, and classifies the manufacturing industry and producer services. Besides, it also respectively studies the relationship between the different types of producer services industry and the different types of manufacturing industry’s efficiency. Through empirical research, the paper analysis of our country in the current situation of producer services outsourcing of manufacturing production efficiency.In this paper, it’s argued on the theoretical mechanism and the hypothesis of research that how the development of producer services in China and how to drive the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. And make some useful suggestion on them, and hope that it’s able to support beneficial reference for the development direction of producer services and manufacturing structure upgrade.
