Internal control is a method of both management and governance. Effective internal control can promote the enterprise achieving its business goals, improving the quality of external financial reports and enhancing its ability to avoid risk. The focus of this paper is the general principles of management optimization based on internal control, improving the internal control environment, establishing a sound risk assessment mechanism, improving the flawed business processes, the establishment of an effective global information communication system, strengthening independent and effective internal supervision mechanism and putting forward optimization scheme, with the change of business environment, we can improve the perfection of enterprise internal control system in order to ensure the internal control system adapt to enterprise management and effective execution.This paper can have a certain reference value for the communication enterprises to improve and optimize the internal control system in the new situation.
