Lean production was one of the main production organization managementmodes in industry in the world today. Just-in-time production and waste eliminating tobe the basic idea and rapidly changeable production mode and personalized productswill response to changeable market demand. The paper discusses the implementationand application of lean production using Hunan CSR Times Electric Vehicle co., Ltd.as the carrier. With the purpose of further understanding lean production method, andapplying to company production organization improvement and optimization basingon these. Making production process more smoothly and operation method moresimply to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.In this paper, the research about the Lean production have been carried out.Firstly, the main topics of the chapter describes the background of topic andsignificance of research, reviews research status at home and abroad, summarizesorigin and development of lean production theory and research thought, contents andmethods of this paper. Secondly, the main topics of the chapter analyses internal andexternal environment of lean production implementation in Hunan CSR TimesElectric Vehicle co., Ltd., evaluates enterprise production organization, qualitymanagement, production layout, process management and other operating conditionsand states the necessity and feasibility of lean production implementation. Thirdly,the main topics of the chapter introduces implementation idea of lean productionmode in Hunan CSR Times Electric Vehicle co., Ltd.. Then on the background ofHunan CSR Times Electric Vehicle co., Ltd. analyses production management fromthe aspects of production organization method, procurement and logistics managementand manufacturing process control by principles and methods of lean production, anddraws the relevant improvement measures for the problems in production managementbased on the theory of waste eliminating and just-in-time production of leanproduction. Finally, the main topics of the chapter discusses the organizationstructure, operation system, evaluation method, propulsion mode, implementationeffect, existing problems and key direction for further implementation in Hunan CSRTimes Electric Vehicle co., Ltd..The paper focused on the improvement of production management mode of HunanCSR Times Electric Vehicle co., Ltd.. Some lean production methods,for example, the location system have been used to improve the production system, A series ofindicators have been promoted significant compared with the improvement plan wasimplemented in the past two years, such as the production capacity, the productioncycle, the cost of production and the delivery cycle so on, the production of one carhave been increased13%and the products cost have been reduced4million yuanyearly. The improvement project and specific improvement measures not only wouldbe general meaning to other departments of this company, but also it will be worthreference for other similar enterprises.
