Mechanism And Empirical Research On Social Problems Caused By Technological Advances

Nowadays, development and application of technology has been the driving force of the development of human society, and technological innovation has become an important tool for national survival and development. However, the quick development of technology brings much benefit to mankind, while it also brings a lot of consequences which human hasn’t anticipated, and generates lots of negative impacts to human society. These outstanding issues include virtual cyber crime, ecological imbalance and so on. And some problems even threat the reproduction and development of human beings, such as global warming caused by greenhouse effect, nuclear war and nuclear leaks and so on. Fortunately, these negative effects which as a result of technological developments have attracted national attention, and our government has taken some governance programs and strategies in part of social sectors, for example, strengthening the binding of relevant industry, formulating strict laws and regulations, implementing related administrative policy interventions, strengthening the construction of social morality. Although the above control measures are rolled out constantly, but they still focused on the post-administration. Under the background of new technologies emerging as bamboo shoots, forecasting the social problem caused by technology’s development accurately and effectively, using standardized social management techniques to regulate the development of technology, and avoiding major social problems caused by advances in new emerging technologies has been very urgent.With the development of technology, the negative effects of technology have become increasingly evident, and technology alienation has become inescapable reality of this era. However, studies related to technical alienation mostly focus on philosophical discuss, and lack the necessary empirical research. This paper starts with large number of actual technical alienation phenomena, which covers the most high-tech and new technology, such as social networking technology, nuclear technology, transgenic technology, and uses grounded theory exploring the root causes of technological alienation. Through open coding, main coding and selective coding, this paper unearths a "two-dimensional-three-point" conceptual model, explaining formation mechanism of technological alienation from technical-body alienation, motivation alienation and ability alienation. And this model is provided with universal applicability. This’s not only an innovational breakthrough on method, but useful complement to the study of technological alienation."two-dimensional-three-point" conceptual model explains the root causes of technological alienation effectively. This paper gives explanatory notes to the phenomenon of Internet fraud with this model. Then combine ABM method, we divide the key attributes of agents into two levels, capability and motivation, and build a behavior function. Finally, with software modeling, we can achieve the simulation of the propagation of false information. We found different evolutionary trend of Internet fraud in a particular policy, based on which, we give some management measures to handle this problem. In the sixth chapter, we combined the "two-dimensional-three-point", ABM modeling and simulation together, and build a technology alienation prevention management system, aimed at binding and guiding the development of technology. But this system still needs to be explored more detailed, and enriched with lots of practice research.
