Research On The Impacts Of Structural Dimensions Of Inter-enterprise Social Capital On Choosing Technological Innovation

High dynamics of globalization market, greatly increase the risk of the enterprises for independent innovation, the continuous development of science and technology and the complexity of product technology at the same time also need mutual support between multiple areas to complete innovation activities. The rapid development of technology has greatly reduced the product life cycle, market opportunity fleeting, the enterprise’s technological innovation ability put forward higher requirements. As a result, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the effective use of social capital between enterprises, and other established effective cooperation relations between different subject to promote technology innovation ability. But between enterprises is based on social capital network structure formed between enterprises, between enterprises of different network structure represents a different connection form, affects the way of the flow of knowledge, information and other resources between enterprises. We investigated the influence of different network connection form of technological innovation, to guide managers effective implementation of innovation is of great importance.In this paper, the dimension of social capital between the enterprise structure and the relationship between the technology innovation as the research object, firstly this paper introduces the connotation of social capital between the enterprise and the definition of social capital structure dimension, and from the perspective of cooperation between enterprises, to redefine the exploratory innovation and developmental activities, on the basis of the research enterprise social capital structure between dimensions and to explore the relationship between-developmental innovation. Reality at the same time, considering the enterprise faces the objective reality of competition environment, build a competitive environment as regulating variable dimension of social capital between the enterprise structure model on the relationship between the technology innovation influence, then, to measure the relationship between variables in the model by collecting the questionnaire data, and by using multiple regression analysis to empirically relation model.Studies have shown that network relationship between enterprise strength, the network stability, relationship between two variables were positively correlated with the exploitation innovation, negatively related with exploration innovation; Enterprise network structure between the hole is not conducive to the existence of positive affect exploration innovation exploitation innovation; Network centricity is beneficial to both exploratory innovation activities also conducive to the exploitationinnovation. Relationship and competitive environment to be positive impact strength, the network centricity, and the relationship between the network stability and exploration innovation, the relationship between the negative effect and exploitation innovation.
