Research On The Principle Of Differential Distributive Justice

For how to carry out social distribution,no matter from the background of theoretical system or from the background of social reality,egalitarianism plays a leading role.On the one hand,the discourse system of modern distributive justice is a pattern of "strong in the West and weak in China" dominated by egalitarianism.On the other hand,in the face of the problem of too large income gap reflected by China's Gini coefficient,the academic circles pay more and more attention to equality and focus on resolving the problem of polarization.However,social distribution has never excluded differences.People can feel the spontaneity and inevitability of the results of differential distribution,and even accept the results of different distribution within a certain limit.Therefore,at this time,it is more necessary to treat and analyze the justice and principles of differential distribution in a dialectical,prudent and scientific manner.The so-called principle of differential distributive justice refers to the distribution based on the difference of people and their activities,which focuses on different people being treated differently due to some recognized differences.In today's society,which emphasizes both equality and efficiency,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the principle of differential distribution justice.However,there are few relevant and systematic monographic studies in academia.The original intention of this paper is to fill this gap.While combing out the ideological resources of differential distributive justice at all times and in all countries and investigating the historical practice of differential distribution justice since China's reform and opening up,this paper systematically expounds the essential characteristics,generating basis and development limit of it.The expression of difference in nature follows the law of jungle,so why does the expression of difference in human beings rise to the principle of differential distributive justice? The key to this question is the rise of species identity.It can be said that without the conceptualization,rationalization and culture of species identity,there will be no real admission of justice.The essence of the principle of differential distributive justice is to let species identity statute human's performance of difference and containing the social and cultural requirements.It sublates the natural law of performance of difference,which is the most essential feature of the principle of differential distributive justice.The principle of differential distributive justice has distinct duality.It is generated,developed and operated under the mechanism of the coordination of the species identity and difference.In other words,identification of species identity and difference,as well as the binary coordination of the two are the basis of the generation of the principle of differential distributive justice.Of course,justice is the justice of human beings,and the formation of the principle of justice also depends on the essence of human beings—the ability of thinking abstraction,which is the precondition for the rise of the species identity.There are some boundary problems in the development of the principle of differential distributive justice.On the one hand,it is a tension relationship of interdependence and mutual restriction between the two basic principles,which is manifested in the relative division of labor of the two basic principles.On the other hand,it is the justice basis of differential distribution,and the rationality of the performance of difference depends on whether it follows the diachronic commonality and prescribed by species identity.These two aspects are related to legitimately show reasonable difference.
