The ethics construction of enterprises may not only influence the long-term development of enterprise itself, but also affect the construction of socialist moral system. The company ethics crisis often root in company’interior, gradually wide spread as the diffusion of individual unethical behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward effective measures to prevent the diffusion of unethical behavior by studying the interpersonal transmitting mechanism in groups. Based on the summary and integration of related researches of unethical behavior, this study explores the interpersonal transmitting mechanism in groups from two perspectives, one is the pcychological process, the other is the contextual factors. This study contains empirial study and simulation study. In the part of empirical study, based on social influence theory and ethical decision-marking theory, I reveal the mediation effect of moral clarity and moderation effect of moral attentiveness by questionnaire suvey and statistic analyses. In the part of simulation study, I reveal the moderation effect of group network characters by simulation modelling on Netlogo and statistic analyses. The main conclusions of this study include:(1)By the mediation effect of moral clarity, Colleagues’unethical behavior has a positive effect on individual’unethical behavior;(2)Moral attentiveness moderate the mediating effect of moral clarity between colleagues’unethical behavior and individual’unethical behavior;(3) Group Network density, Group network closeness centrality, group size postively moderate the relationship between colleagues’unethical behavior and individual’ unethical behavior. In the end, theoretical contributions, practical values, limitations and futuredirections of this study were discussed.
