With the rapid development of financial globalization and the Internet informationtechnology, the traditional customer service model of banking counter has been unable toadapt to the requirements of current society. It has been a trend that modern banking ispursuing a more efficient, faster, more low-cost and all-weather service model. In this trend,electronic banking has become an important customer service channel of moderncommercial banks, gradually replacing traditional counter service model, for its lowerfinancial costs, operational simplicity, convenience, efficiency and saving customers’ time. Ithas also become an important fulcrum of modern Commercial banks’ marketing operationsand an important measure to achieve a strategic transformation.It is proposed in the Twelve Five-Year Plan that banking is developing towards thedirection of ubiquitous, cross-border and wisdom and electronic banking business in ourcountry has achieved fast development. The number of customers is growing rapidly.Electronic banking is gradually integrating into customers’ all the scenes of life and work. Inspite of the rapid development, there are still many issues in the development of e-banking inour country such as limitations of the internet environment, lower popularity in customer, thedifficulty of creating business value and so on respecting to European and Americancountries. In addition, China’s electronic banking is facing the problems such as lowcoverage rate, similarity of product features, lack of distinctive features and low customerusage rate. Overall, our e-banking business is still in the growth process and has a hugespace to improve.The development model of CCB Liaoning Branch electronic banking is a microcosm ofmost commercial banks and is confronted with the analogous issues mentioned above. Thispaper introduces the theory and technology of data mining and provides a comprehensiveanalysis of internal and external environment of CCB Liaoning Branch electronic bankingdevelopment, combined with the real marketing situation to put forward the problems duringdevelopment and solve practical problems through data analysis. Finally, using the real data produced during operations of CCB Liaoning Branch, a strategy of marketing and businessdevelopment in the future is given out.
