Shenyang machine tool group is a state-owned enterprise in the heavyweightmanufacturers, In recent years, the market demand continues to change, reflect thecharacteristics of personalized, diversified and rapidly, and the pile up in excess ofrequirement contradiction intensifies, prices continue to decline, so that the machinetool industry in the increasingly fierce competition. In an increasingly competitivemarket circumstances, the enterprise in order to be able to get a better development,not only in technology breakthroughs, continuous improvement in productionmanagement is also continuous innovation, increase the intensity of reform.Individuation and diversification in order to be able to meet the current marketdemand, eliminate the existing in the production process of all kinds of waste, theenterprise began in2007to introduce lean production management idea, in order toreduce the enterprise management and operation cost as the main goal, theenhancement enterprise meet the strain capacity of market diversification, achievebetter economic benefit.Papers with shenyang machine tool denso branch as the research object, toresearch the lean production to improve the work. First analyzed the researchbackground and significance, introduces the origin and development of leanproduction and lean production research application status at home and abroad. Onthe basis of theory, lean production is summarized in this paper introduce the mainachievements in the shenyang machine tool, denso branch, analysis of the leanproduction to improve work there are still problems in the process. By applying thekey success factor analysis, analysis of lean production to improve in the future work,production site management, inventory management, purchasing and suppliermanagement to influence the critical success factors to the success of leanmanufacturing to improve, and aims at these three aspects on to the next stage of leanmanufacturing continuous improvement. Production site management around the analysis of production assembly line imbalance problems, by improving thebottleneck process procedures, according to the production situation appropriatelyincreased homework personnel, to readjust and balance production processes such asshorter operation time, decomposition process measures, improve production linebalancing rate. Inventory management in order point procurement mode, completeprocurement strategy and visual management, improve the efficiency of management,reduce the inventory cost, solve the problem of capital takes up. Purchasing andsupplier management by optimizing the purchasing process, the integration ofsuppliers, purchasing strategies for implementation of vendor managed inventory(VMI), to cut costs to the greatest extent. Finally, lean production to improve theachievement of security measures are put forward: to lean production enterprisesshould continuously improve, achieve the goal of lean enterprise.The research in this paper is beneficial for ShenYang SMTCL Denso branch tofind out their own shortage of lean manufacturing process, which is more targeted tocarry out the next development of lean manufacturing. At the same time, for othercompanies which are implementing lean manufacturing is also a reference andguidance.
