The Problems Of Lean Production Research For ZENY

Under current circumstances of economic globalization with development of economy and advancement of technology, it is intensification of market challenge, Because of the variety and individuality of market needs and the high quality needed ,more requirements have been imposed on the production management and the application of manufacture technology, and the production system should pursue efficiency and flexibility to meet the market needs. The implementation of Lean Production System can increase and improve the performance manifold on customer satisfaction, types flexibility, productivity, cost of inventory, size of production floor, morale of the staff, etc, on the contrary the invest of resource reduced. The systems are suit for electronic manufactures which want to make progress through full utilization of their existing potential.This paper introduces Lean Production and Lean Thinking briefly. Analysis the administer actuality of ZENY company on the basis of organizational structure. There are many problems of ZENY, such as production, R&D, quality management and human resources management. It also introduces the producer's system of ZENY. According to the reality of ZENY, on principle of Lean Thinking, it designs some projects in order to Lean Production in practice , it recommends a mode of organizational structure and a project of 5S that fit ZENY to actualize Lean Production ; especially it designs cell line and analyses value flow in order to improve efficiency ;it also analyses operation change approaches in detail in order to offer some suggestions to shorten the operation change time ; especially the use of TQM to improve the quality of product; finally it recommends the mode of stock management. This paper is the reference for ZENY Co. and alike and also is theoretically valuable to general enterprises to make Lean Production. Furthermore, it can provide a method to guide them.
