| Financial innovation is internal driving force of financial development, whichis related with the development of the whole national economy. Based on theapplication of relevant knowledge on financial innovation and the analysis ofpresent situation of Binhai New District of Tianjin,and further explore the premiseand significance of financial innovation on new district of Jiangsu, through thecomparison of the Binhai New District of Tianjin and financial innovation districtin Jiangsu, it is concluded that the financial innovation of Binhai New District ofTianjin is constructive to the new district of Jiangsu, looking for new breakthroughpoint of financial innovation in Jiangsu and adopt fiscal transfers and policysupport, resource securitization plus pre-assessment, Mezzanine Financing andmore development, system transformation and countermeasures, such as monetarycirculation on financial innovation in Jiangsu to deepen regional financialinteraction, examine its positioning after assimilation means of competition and soon.
