Based on the representative of A company as a case, the article attempts to make some exploratory analysis and research for our country enterprise annuity market operation situation. A company is one of the first professional endowment insurance companies which were established in our country. Its growth is a microcosm of the enterprise annuity market in China. On the analysis and research of the enterprise annuity business, A company can help us to clearly understand the operation of enterprise annuity market in China at present, and future potential and trend of China’s enterprise annuity business development. The result has very important practical significance and research value.The paper is organized into five sections.
