In recent years, with the low-rent housing, affordable housing and shantytowns,gradually increase the intensity of urban low-income families obtain housing conditionsgreatly improved. But there are still a considerable number of areas covering a smallarea housing security policies, higher residential real estate prices, rose too fast and lessavailable for rent small units of housing supply shortage of supply and other reasons, itis difficult to purchase low-income families through the housing or consumer marketrental housing to meet the housing demand, this trend is gradually spreading tomiddle-income families. With the accelerated urbanization, lack of housing affordabilitystage new workers and migrant workers urgent need to improve the living conditionshave become increasingly prominent.Thus public rental housing is a major force in protection of housing supply.
