With the progress and development of society, some of the economic system ofsociety is no longer adapted to the current needs of social development. This leads tothe need for reform of the national economy, while China is now at under suchcircumstances. With the ongoing reform of China’s economic reform has entered adifficult period, which began to appear some social contradictions and problems. Howto maintain rapid economic growth and social stability in difficult times has becomean important reform issues facing the moment. And maintain social stability, to ensurethe distribution of social justice has become a focus. In this paper, the theory ofdistributive justice by historical materialism of some of the more prominent issues ofsocial justice at this stage were studied.Firstly, the formation and content of historical materialism theory of distributivejustice were discussed research and development of the theory and history of oursociety combined use of different allocation theory of distributive justice arising fromdifferent periods were explained; in study, we also refer to the comparison of the fairdistribution of non-Marxist theory, and by means of non-Marxist theories lack ofdistributive justice theory of historical materialism perfect, so as to ensure thecorrectness of the theory of historical materialism distributive justice. It is because ofhistorical materialism theory of distributive justice in the constantly improve theirown inadequacies, so in order to ensure that it becomes a scientific theory ofdistributive justice. Equitable distribution theory through proper research on China’sequity allocation to a correct understanding of the problem, to find the right way tosolve the problem.Social inequities currently present our reasons: My time in the past too fasteconomic growth, so that the reform and social construction system in China has notkept pace, resulting in these social injustice problems. With the unfair distribution ofsocial issues to understand, we will begin the crux of these changes, the system beganto intensify reform and institutional building for the public system. I believe that withthe laws of social development and history dictates, our distributive justice systemand our economy will create prosperity. Society will become more harmonious and beautiful.
