In China, family enterprises has been gone through over30years of development. In terms of taxes, outputs, money supply, employment and export aspects, Chinese family enterprises has provided great contributions for China’s economic development and social stability. But with the continuous development of family enterprises, their own problems and shortcomings have been exposed. Society has cognitive errors for family business, and think they are’opaque information, managerial cronyism’, that the social status of family business is not well recognized by the whole society. Compared with Japan and USA family enterprises, our family business’s life is short, most in the initial stage of development. In additionally, capital, market, technology shortage, financial system is not perfect of Chinese family enterprises was exposed.Currently the domestic and foreign research for family business financial management are mostly raised basic types of financial management mode, and analysis to construct the mode of financial management need to consider the internal factors, but the mode of financial management of the content and the specific construction method is seldom considered.Through comparative analysis of research methods, through a comparative study of the definition of family business, and on financial management concept, classification and construction consideration of research and the existing financial management in family business model literature were reviewed, builds up the relevant theoretical basis. Through the analysis of Chinese family enterprises causes, characteristics, on China’s contribution to the national economy and a detailed analysis of the Chinese family enterprises are now facing the problem, if the property is not clear, patriarchal management decision-making system, inefficient means of financial management and lack of supervision and management mechanism and so on are seriously restricts the development of Chinese family enterprises. This paper also points out the way to the development of Chinese family enterprises through the development of family enterprises in Japan and the United States. And by combining theory and practice method, analysis of the beauty of the group in the financial management mode of construction process and its practical application in the case, the according to the needs of the industry itself and grow, and continue to play within the enterprise strength, eventually formed the system integration, integrated "financial management mode, the mode selection method and process is very worthy of our country is still in the initial stage, the need to continue to break through the bottleneck of the development of family enterprises to learn. At last, this paper summarizes and concludes the countermeasures and suggestions of the family enterprise financial management mode, and provides some reference for the construction of the financial management mode of family enterprise.
