City distribution, as one of the most important city activities, its mode influences its pressure to the city in the aspects of eco-environment, traffic, consumption of energy etc. Vegetables, as the necessity of the daily lives of people, its distribution has the characters of high security requirement, high time effectiveness requirement, high cost. XFD agriculture products market(use "XFD " for short in the following), as the vegetables basket and fruits plate of Beijing people, its distribution activities set an example for the other similar markets. However, its distribution has many problems, such as the full loaded rate is low, the activities cause some traffic and environmental problems, the low return of the distribution activities, its distribution resources need an integration.As an effective way of distribution resources integration, the joint distribution’s value obtains the identity of the scholars at home and abroad gradually, however, the research on the application of the joint distribution of the vegetables in the agriculture products markets is deficient at present.Combine with the actual survey, base on the Joint Distribution theory and the Petri Nets theory, put forward the assumption to build a joint distribution alliance for the vegetables sale of XFD. Base on the literature summary, the author has a good understanding of the present research situation, and try the best to avoid the homogenization in the research. The main part of the dissertation is the complete implementation plan of the joint distribution of the vegetables in XFD. The "joint distribution" researched in the dissertation is the distribution from XFD to the terminals of the consumption.The key of the dissertation is the research on the design and optimization of its joint distribution business process, base on the Petri Nets theory, conduct the petri-net modeling, dynamic property analysis, business process model decomposition and performance analysis, optimize its business process from the the structural and properties angle.In the last chapter of the dissertation, the author build the environmental and cost index of the distribution activities, base on the distribution of the population, compute the centrality of the10main districts of Beijing, predict the proportion of the vegetables in XFD distributed to the10districts of Beijing by using the SPSS software, through a static comparison, analyse the environmental and cost benefits of its joint distribution. The conclusion indicates that by implementing its joint distribution, the emission of the greenhouse gas, harmful gas, the consumption of fossil fuel are decreased observably, the road occupancy of the vehicles for distributing is decreased, and it can bring cost savings of about¥54.20million every year, improve its distribution efficiency.
